Showcase at SkunkMonk

SkunkMonk

SkunkMonk

If you are free on Thursday the 22nd of August and would like to check out some of the latest 360˚ Panoramic gear including a new 360˚ GoPro Rig from Freedom360 and panoramic video stitching software from Kolor make sure you come down to SkunkMonk at the Harlequin Inn, 152 Harris St, Pyrmont between 5:30pm and 8:30pm.

In addition I'll be showing some of the latest gear from Nodal Ninja including their Pole system and Tripod rig for extending the height of the camera for those unique aspect shots.

I'm also hoping to have an interactive touchscreen from Hire Intelligence on which to present both the photographic and video panoramas.

In a jam packed showcase I'll also be following up on my last showcase with plenty of samples of cool Oomph published apps and I'm more than happy to lift the hood and show you just how easy it is to publish, not only panoramic images, but a whole raft of content to iPads and iPhones.

So if you have any questions about 360˚ panoramic photography, the equipment, publishing to Tablets and other mobile devices come over and say hi.

In addition to the showcase the main event is the Panel discussion. The topic for Thursday is "Mobile Mayhem - evolution or revolution"  with a 'Town Hall' style panel and audience discussion around topics including - Mobile Advertising, Social Trends, Hardware platforms, Product Innovation, Wearable Tech, Big Data, Cloud, UX, AR, AI, NFC, Mobile Health Management, Field Force, Location and Context targeting.

In what's being termed a mobile revolution, arguably understanding the technology and consumer behaviour are the biggest challenges brands and advertising agencies are facing. Certainly advertising spend in this category is on a massive rise with new apps, developer tools and technology constantly flooding the market place.

Renée Brack, our awesome MC will coordinate the panel and audience discussion. The special guest panel includes :

David Francis - Daqri
Joe Millward - Vivant st
Mike Boyd - Alpha Salmon
David Jones - StreetHawk, TreatMetrix
Casey Ellis - Bugcrowd

To register for the event head over to the SkunkMonk website.

I'm looking forward to seeing you there,

Tony
