Midjourney Face Swap

Having been through the birth of digital imaging and the now ubiquitous internet, the proliferation of Artificial Intelligence in many software programs I use, like Adobe Photoshop, Topaz, Grammarly, and Chrome, amazes me. One of my favourite AI imaging platforms is Midjourney.

Midjourney is a text-to-picture artificial intelligence (AI) service developed by an independent research lab of the same name. The service allows users to generate images based on textual descriptions, “prompts”, creating various art forms, from realistic to abstract styles. Midjourney’s AI is primarily known for its high-quality, well-structured, and detailed images.

The other day, I saw a video on Youtube about a program called Face Swap that works in conjunction with Midjourney images, so I'd take a look.

The image below is my first output using the two together. The prompt was "steampunk male, close-up shot, portrait, looking at the camera."

The first image (left) is the one generated by the prompt. The second is the face swap image I uploaded, and the third is the result of the face swap.

All in all, from prompt to finish, less than 30 seconds! Blew me away. In the reveal slider below you can see how seamlessly the face swap image has been applied.
