On the Avenue Dorrego, Colegiales is this whimsical Yellow Submarine pig surrounded by smaller flying pigs in various costumes. Created by an artist called eMePeCe, this wall was commissioned by the city government to paint something on the new Audiovisual District in Palermo, Hollywood.
